How are the trees packaged for shipping?
We use specialized, heavy-duty boxes and a proprietary root-wrapping technique to ensure your plants stay hydrated and secure during transit. Each tree is carefully tethered to prevent shifting.
What is your Alive & Thrive Guarantee?
We guarantee that your plants will arrive healthy and live for at least 30 days. If your plant does not survive within this window, we will provide a store credit for a replacement.
Can I plant my tree in the winter?
Yes, as long as your ground is not frozen, you can plant dormant trees. Planting in late fall or winter allows roots to establish before the heat of spring and summer arrives.
How do I know which trees are right for my location?
You can use our 'Find Your Zone' tool by entering your zip code. We only recommend plants that are proven to thrive in your specific USDA hardiness zone.
When will my order arrive?
Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Depending on your location, shipping typically takes 3-5 business days via FedEx or UPS.
Do you offer professional planting services?
While we do not provide in-person planting, every order includes a comprehensive digital planting guide, and our nursery experts are available via phone to walk you through the process.
